We manage benefits for over 36,000 group health plans and over 2,000,000 employee lives across the United States, Canada, and the UK. With over $450,000,000 in benefits revenue, iaCONSULTING gains considerable leverage and significant buying power with carriers. We have preferred contracts and pricing with Stop Loss carriers, as well as captive insurance products available exclusively to clients of iaCONSULTING. Our proprietary Stop Loss Coalition provides clients with the opportunity to limit their liability at renewal or receive a refund of Stop Loss premiums, a program available only to iaCONSULTING client partners. In the program's first year, it is expected that employers will receive approximately $5.2 million in refunds. Our size also allows us to purchase technology such as online enrollment systems, compliance technology, and HR resources for clients that would otherwise be unaffordable.
