i2Coach provides a professional and specialized service to contact-centers and other organisations through our expert teamcoaches. Our coaches bring a diverse set of skills and experience to each client engagement and can offer a plug-and-play solution for both short- and long-term projects. We’re always on the look-out for talented and enthusiastic people who are eager to learn. With us, they will start an intensive training program in which they will learn all there is to know related to customer care, followed by an internship under our supervision. This unique blend of training and practice allows our teamcoaches to develop their own leadership style and prepares them for their assignments.
