Keeping Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of Digital India in mind, I-MADE was established in collaboration with Department of Telecommunications, Government of India. Gone are the days when universities used to engage students with physical notice boards, traditional calling attendance systems without tracking capabilities in place. I-MADE is helping universities go mobile at ‘Zero Cost’. With more than 35,000 institutions, 20 million students and over a million apps, I-MADE's goal is to help Indian colleges digitize their resources and processes to derive better student engagement and help facilitate information access to students on the go. It is also designed to provide students training on different aspects of mobile app development in order to empower institutions and help students turn ideas into revenue generating companies.
