I am PK Foundation, LLC Information

We have started a foundation in honor of Phil Kaiser in hopes to benefit less fortunate individuals throughout the Chicago land area. We will provide assistance to them in a number of ways ranging from attending school, playing sports, or providing them with a thorough heart screening. Over the course of the year we will be hosting multiple events to not only raise money for the cause, but to spread advocacy on the importance of heart screenings in youth athletes.
