HyperXchange, a premium refurbished marketplace, solves for trust by providing an industry-leading 12 month warranty, assured buyback and doorstep service on our products, with a clear focus on building an empowered customer care that goes above and beyond. HyperXchange sources items from e-commerce returns, factory seconds from OEMs, global traders and premium customer buybacks. HyperXchange’s diagnostic AI assesses these products on quality parameters and repairs needed. All products then go through a stringent refurbishment process, a key reason we are able to provide an industry-leading 12 month warranty on our products. After refurbishment, the products are sold through our online and offline sales channels. For convenience, our online-to-offline business model makes it super easy for customers to either order online (from hyperxchange.com, Flipkart/2gud, Amazon, Quikr, Olx, Shopclues and Udaan), or walk into one of our partner stores. HyperXchange have started branding their product lines that helps bring structure to the grey market and is helping customers gain confidence in refurbished products. As part of that funding, HyperXchange extended it’s advisory board to include CP Gurnani (CEO, Tech Mahindra), Govind Uttamchandani (CEO, Syska) and Debu Mukherjee (Executive Director, HT Media. Ex-Head, Coca Cola India).
