You don't buy the machine, hire the operator, or wait behind someone else's work. We build an automated cell around your part number, run it on our floor, and give you the record it produces. One cell per part family: dedicated fixturing, robot-tended, in-process probing and in-cell gauging — set up and left set up. Because the configuration is frozen and the buys repeat, that fixturing pays for itself. The cell earns unattended hours on measured evidence and then runs through the night. Capacity that doesn't depend on hiring a second shift. And every order is visible end to end. Trace shows which cell is running your part, how many are complete, the measurements behind them and the date they ship — alongside a digital twin of the cell cutting it. "In production" becomes something you watch, not something we tell you.
