Our aim is to "make games better", that means spending every day making things more streamlined, defining and refining processes, learning new skills and nurturing existing ones. We can make games better and in turn make better games. We do that by living and breathing our value statements: 1. Developing a creative and nurturing environment. 2. Fostering accountability and responsibility for the work we do. 3. Understanding reward and growth within the studio. 4. Applying quality thinking to everything we develop. 5. Embracing technology, innovation, and improvement. The Hyper Luminal tribe is made up of members old and new. We have company veterans from the initial start-up out of Abertay University 6 years ago, and talented new people that the studio needs to improve and grow. With the aim of ‘making games better’ we attract diverse people with equally diverse skills. A regular day in the studio? You will find us solving problems, collaborating, creating, and drinking a brew with biscuits, of course. It all comes down to doing what we enjoy most, and for this tribe, that is mastering the art of making games!
