The PlayFusionLabs CRM went into daily use about two months after the first call, with 150+ releases since. → AI agents and automation. Agents that research, draft and route work inside your permission rules, with a person approving each change. Our own lead generation runs on one platform that replaced five tools. Country Navigator's AI assistant keeps each enterprise customer's knowledge separate. → Local and private AI. Open models such as Llama and Mistral served on your own servers and connected to your documents and records, for data that has to stay inside. → Models trained on synthetic data. When real images are rare, sensitive or expensive to label, we generate the training set and measure the model on real footage before release. → Hardware, embedded and edge AI. Firmware, over-the-air updates, device fleets and recognition models on NVIDIA Jetson that work in a vehicle with no network and replay every missed event when the link returns. Every project starts with an audit and a fixed scope. AI writes the first pass of the code, and a senior engineer reviews every change. A client clicks through a new build within a week of setting the task. Old systems keep running until the new one matches them record for record. We have shipped for public safety, corporate learning, real estate and staffing, and retail operations is the newest direction for our CRM and ERP work.
