Hydroserve Group is a wholly indigenous, integrated energy services company delivering safe, innovative and value-driven solutions across the oil, gas, petrochemical and wider energy industries. Since commencing operations in 2000, we have grown from a pipeline, process and pumping services company into a diversified Group with capabilities spanning drilling, well intervention, production enhancement, pipeline infrastructure and EPC project delivery. A strategic technical partnership with Halliburton in 2011 strengthened our operational foundations. The acquisition of Halliburton Nigeria’s Pipeline and Process Services assets in 2021 further expanded our capacity. Today, Hydroserve operates independently with its own people, assets and infrastructure, backed by over 25 years of industry experience. Our three subsidiaries deliver complementary solutions: Hydroserve Oil Services Nigeria Limited provides coiled tubing and nitrogen services, cementing, high-pressure pumping, well intervention, well integrity, wellbore clean-up, water shut-off and production enhancement solutions. Dominion Pipeline Process Limited delivers EPC projects, pipeline pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance and integrity services, hydrotesting, pigging, nitrogen purging, helium leak testing, crude transfer and industrial cleaning. Hydroserve Rig Solutions provides turnkey drilling, drilling project management, workover operations, well intervention and completion support. We have delivered complex projects across onshore, swamp and offshore environments. Our integrated structure reduces operational interfaces and gives clients one accountable partner from planning through execution.
