Hydatis is a French Tunisia-based IT outsourcing and software engineering company delivering technology services to clients across Europe and Africa. Founded in 2021 by Imed Ammar — a technology entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience building and leading engineering organizations — Hydatis was built on a simple conviction: durable technology partnerships are earned through engineering rigor and long-term trust, not short-term wins. Our core service is IT outsourcing and staff augmentation: we provide dedicated software engineers, embedded teams, and near/offshore delivery capacity to companies across France, Belgium, Switzerland, the UK and beyond, drawing on Tunisia's strong technical talent pool. Beyond outsourcing, Hydatis builds custom software and SaaS platforms, applies artificial intelligence and data engineering to real business problems, delivers information systems for public sector and banking institutions, and supports clients through IT consulting and digital transformation engagements. Our cybersecurity practice covers security awareness training and applied security services. Hydatis operates from two offices, in Tunis (Tunisia) and Paris (France), serving clients across the Tunisia–France–Africa corridor with the same engineering standards on either side.
