FA Boyd, PC, formerly Hyatt & Stubblefield, PC, has a history that spans more than three decades, beginning in 1973. Our experience in working with hundreds of planned communities, condominiums, clubs, and resorts, throughout the country and internationally, gives us a unique understanding of the range of options available in structuring, operating, and selling new communities, how those options work in practice, the legal constraints, and the pitfalls to be avoided.
