We believe that doing it right the first time is the most economical solution for our clients'​ needs, whether it be for private land development or public civil related projects. Established in 1981, H.Y. Engineering Ltd. works in both public and private sectors, providing urban planning and engineering services for land development and civil engineering projects. Our staff holds valuable knowledge through previous experience working with municipal governments, private consultants, and land development firms as well as construction companies. Our company has been associated with the development process of countless subdivisions, multi-family projects, and commercial and industrial developments. H.Y. Engineering Ltd. has steadily grown to meet the demands of the industry, and our valued clients. This steady growth process includes the creation of our associated land surveying division, H.Y. and Associates Land Surveying Ltd. This expansion enabled us to offer a comprehensive, in-house service combining planning, civil engineering, and land surveying to better serve our clients. Our experience in the design and construction industry includes a range of projects from basic two lot subdivisions to large scale urban and commercial developments throughout the Lower Mainland. We have also completed government infrastructure involving legal surveys, design, and construction of roadworks and major trunk water and sewage systems. Some of our larger projects have included developments valued over $1 Billion. Many of these projects included challenging factors such as poor soil conditions, difficult topographic conditions and extremely inclement weather conditions.
