We are an independent business, managing long term capital on behalf of blue chip investors from around the world. Our goal is to create value for our investors by forming partnerships with owners of high quality, growth companies, managed by proven leaders. We invest across Western Europe through mezzanine, preferred and minority equity capital, seeking investment opportunities that combine growth businesses with the enhanced capital preservation characteristics of our investment structures. Our investment partners include private equity firms, exceptional entrepreneurs, management, family and corporate shareholders who all share a common vision for creating value. We invest to support these partners achieve a broad range of objectives, including funding buy outs or providing acquisition, expansion, restructuring or equity release capital. We are currently investing our third fund which was raised in 2009 with around €600m of committed capital. We invest typically between €35m to €100m in companies valued at between €100m to €500m and above.
