Vision: To provide the next generation of programmers and designers with the necessary tools and experience to succeed in future tech careers Our Purpose: Since the majority of projects offered by CS coursework are solo or in pairs, future programmers are missing out on the invaluable experience of working in larger teams, which is the standard in the tech industry. Along with that, it is common knowledge that getting internships are some of the best ways to gain real world experience on the job, but it is also quite difficult to obtain without having some prior experience, even though the purpose of internships is to get experience. We aim to break this cycle of circular logic that plagues new programmers that are trying to gain the necessary knowledge & experience to be qualified for jobs or internships by offering a safe, fun, and educational environment for our members to get the experience they need. By providing programming project experiences on larger teams and simulating an internship-like environment through our club, our members can get the experiences they need to succeed in their future endeavors.
