HuntShire is an Engagement focused hiring platform for companies. The problem: Talent Engagement is limited to likes, comments and shares on Facebook and applying to jobs on LinkedIn. The problem here is that the engagement is static (few seconds that one spends in liking, commenting or clicking on apply to jobs) and many a times talent applies to a company without even knowing whether there is a culture fit or he/she has the right skill sets for the job. Neither are job boards not is social media helping you in solving this problem. The Solution: Companies can engage meaningfully with talent. The starting point is our platform is their company page (here is HuntShire's -http://huntshire.com/Company/People/1). By virtue of hunts, live projects (Top companies engage with B-School students by giving them live projects), and the social features like status, likes, comments and shares would give a more comprehensive platform for companies to engage with talent.
