HunterGatherer Information

HunterGatherer is a full-service design studio, focusing on telling its clients’ stories through memorable and conceptually inventive techniques. The studio was founded in 2000 by Todd St. John and specializes in narrative messaging through illustration and animation, as well as branding and experience design. Based in Brooklyn, New York, the studio is outfitted with both a photo studio and a fabrication/model shop on site. The studio has won awards from almost every major design organization and was included in the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Triennial: Design Now. HunterGatherer won a Webby and was nominated for an Emmy for the animated short “Circle Squared.” In 2011, their ‘Prius Goes Plural’ short won a Cannes Gold Lion.
