In 2014, 2015 & 2016 we were awarded ‘Best Travel Agency Retail – Multi Location’ at the Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA) National Travel Industry Awards. We are also proud to have a number of prestigious awards in the past few years, including Best Helloworld Travel Consumer Launch, Best Helloworld Cluster Marketing and Best Helloworld Travel Local Area Marketing Award at the Helloworld Travel Owner Managers Conference. We are the largest branded member of the Helloworld Travel Network and one of the largest privately owned and managed travel agency groups in Australia. We are also the largest travel agency group in the Hunter Region. Our team is made up of over 100 travel professionals, with over 1000 years’ worth of travel experience within 5 specialist areas. These include corporate and leisure travel through our Helloworld Travel stores, cruise travel through our specialist agency Cruise Travel Centre, and escorted group, events and sporting travel through our specialist divisions Great Events & Signature Journeys.
