Hunter Osteopathy provides a hands on approach to healthcare focusing on how your skeleton, joints, muscles, nerves and circulation work together to improve your health & well-being. We may use a range of techniques including soft tissue massage, muscle and joint stretching, joint manipulation. We will also make sure you have adequate stretches and exercises you need to help you manage your problem. All our friendly osteopaths are registered with Osteopathy Australia, have a minimum of 5 years university training and are happy to take the time to explain and help you understand your problem.
