It is a state-owned enterprise jointly founded by Hunan Xiangtou Goldsky Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Hunan Valin Lianyuan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd. 　　The company is located in Lugu Industrial Park, Changsha High-tech Industrial Development Zone. It has invested 250million USD in building the titanium strip coil project with an annual productivity of 10,000 tons, being a high-tech enterprise integrating production, research and development and sale of wide titanium strip coils.
