I love what I do. Being an advocate for artists is my passion, which is why I envisioned and developed the role of a rep as an Á La Carte Agent. As an á la carte agent, the artist’s relationship with the agency and their client are what’s most important to me. My role to the creative team and artists is to be the honest and transparent middleman to help make sure everyone has what they need to not only succeed but to be able to go above and beyond for the client. Communication is my number one policy when working with anyone. I ask questions, touch base, and confirm production strategy to make sure everyone is on the same page at all times. Open communication allows me to build estimates that reflect each photographer’s approach to a project that is unique to them and their process. I represent artists who are in various stages of their career. These photographers and illustrators are confident in their brand and process. I continuously work to grow the artist’s brand throughout their career, together. The most important thing to me is that each artist understands who they are and what they bring to the table.
