Humble Care inc Information

Humble Care Inc. is family owned and operated - owners oversee all cases daily. Our Care Coordinator will meet with the patient/family at the patient's home, or if the patient is hospitalized or in a nursing home, at the facility prior to discharge, to complete a full intake including medical and personal needs. A Field Supervisor will open all cases and create the care plan required. Field Supervisors will make unannounced visits to all cases, assuring continuous on-site follow up. Our Quality Assurance Department calls families regularly to assure quality performance. Humble Care Inc. provides transportation for our Caregivers to the client's door. As an Agency and Employer of the Caregivers, we pay all payroll taxes, liability insurance, and Workers' Compensation. Family is billed weekly for services only. We offer 24-Hour / 7-day a week "Live" coverage by staff. We provide complete background checks including criminal, health and random drug testing on Caregivers. Our Caregivers' list of specialties includes Stroke, Alzheimer's, Dementia, Pulmonary, Orthopedic, Hospice Care and more.
