Humanity First is a volunteer-based, humanitarian relief organization registered in 55 countries, across 6 continents. We have been working on human development projects and responding to disasters since 1995. Our Canadian chapter, based in Vaughan, Ontario, works to improve the quality of life of those facing crisis and poverty in our communities, and is also at the forefront of resettling refugees in Canada. Humanity First also undertakes emergency relief operations around the world for those affected by natural disasters. We provide medical assistance, shelter, water, food, clothing and sanitation to the affected populations. As an acknowledgement of our efforts, Humanity First has the honour of consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
