Human Development was founded in 1998. We are specialized in Executive Search, recruitment, headhunting, interim and leadership development supported by personal tests and analyses. We are working with clients across a range of private industrial sectors including engineering, industrial automation, construction and IT. We are particularly competent in finding and developing talented leaders in positions dealing with production, sales and communication. Since 2010 our business has grown outside of the region, mainly to the Nordic Countries, Germany and England. While our recent expansion has been concentrated overseas, Human Development has maintained its headquarters in the Copenhagen area and this market remains a central feature of our overall growth strategy.
