Human Base Consulting was established in 2007 and specialises in the implementation of Oracle's Human Resources Management System (HRMS). Our focus is on providing consulting, implementation, project management and staffing services with respect to the suite of Oracle HRMS/Payroll products to meet the varying business needs of our clients. As a result we are focused on delivery.
