About the Founder, Donna M. Hughes, JD, ACC I have been where you are. I am a former Chief Human Resources Officer and legal executive. I have worked in law firms, Fortune 500 global companies, and a not-for-profit organization, and led teams through rapid growth, culture transformation, turnarounds, and crises. Leadership is a rewarding gift, and it can be a lot of fun. But it is also challenging, demanding, and often a weighty experience. I get it. I founded Hughes Solutions to enable senior leaders to excel in environments, achieve greater fulfillment, and positively impact their organizations and communities.
