Hudtwalcker & Co. was founded 18 April 1743 by Jacob Hinrich Hudtwalcker (1710-1781) as a trading house for Cod Liver Oil, Herring and Fish Oils. Today these products still form an integral part of our core business. In line with current market demands our aim is to source marine raw materials harvested according to a sustainable and ecologically sound policy. Our marine oils, such as Cod Liver Oil and Omega-3 Concentrates, are subject to close scrutiny and strict quality control during all stages. The Company also carries a wide range of additional products, all with the same adherence to strict environmental sourcing. Based in Oslo, Norway, with its strong connection to the sea and its bountiful harvest, we are ideally placed to bring the very best and purest nature can offer. John Michael Hudtwalcker (1954) is the present CEO of the Company. He has been active in the Company since 1974.
