Our Cutlery Rental Program is the way to go for commercial kitchens that want to concentrate on cooking, not daily knife maintenance. We supply customers with Dexter-Russell's Montana line of knives, professionally hollow-ground and honed in our state of the art facility. Our automatic deliveries return each week with a duplicate set of knives cleaned, sharpened, and ready to use. Prices are based solely on the number of knives you require. Service is excellent. And, whether you run a small deli or a high-end steakhouse, we'd like the opportunity to show you what we can do. Since there are no contracts to sign, you can always tell us to take our knives and go home if ever you feel you aren't getting the most from our service.
