H.Troon is a fifth-generation, Australian owned construction company established in 1870 and proudly led today by Managing Director, James Troon. James is supported by fellow Directors Jed Holland and Chris Lindsay, forming a hands-on leadership team that remains closely involved in project delivery and client outcomes. The business consistently delivers over $250M+ of construction work annually and directly employs more than 100 construction professionals. A key point of difference is H.Troon’s vertically integrated delivery model. Through our in-house manufacturing facilities, we fabricate approximately 30 tonnes of structural steel per day, backed by generations of steel fabrication capability. This provides direct control over technical detailing, fabrication quality and program certainty — particularly where structural steel is on the critical path. To further strengthen control over quality and delivery, H.Troon also manufactures architectural aluminium and joinery in-house, allowing greater coordination, faster decision-making, and dependable delivery performance.
