Our rational approach is based upon site specific science and engineering facts which we use to address real problems facing these organizations. Our practice includes resolutions to indoor air, soil, soil vapor, surface water, groundwater, and specific environmental, health and safety issues. Our clients include public and private organizations. We work throughout California and the Western USA (focus N. CAL). Our principals have extensive overseas experiences. HTA Science, & Engineering, Inc. is a family owned California "C" Corporation that is located near Sacramento. This Civil-Enviro. Engineering company performs engineering and industrial hygiene field inspections and investigations including extensive sampling and use of direct reading instrumentation, to diagnose problems, design and implement solutions for both public and private sector clients. The problems include those caused by chemical and biological issues found in indoor air, water supply, waste water and hazardous wastes including soil vapor intrusion. Specialties include subsurface utility locating, natural gas pipeline and building leaks, moisture intrusion locations and assessment, wet fenestration testing, locating and defining odors, indoor air direct reading testing and sampling for laboratory analysis plus mold, bacteria, virus, Asbestos, Lead, Formaldehyde, and other chemical investigations as well as performing building condition assessment and engineering inspection .
