HTA Photomask Information

HTA Photomask was established in 1982 as a supplier of prints. We expanded our operations early in our growth to become a full-service manufacturer of photomasks. HTA also offers a complete range of services. These services include electron beam, laser write, pattern generation, step and repeat and Gerber photoplotting. Pattern generation is typically used by HTA to produce non-repeating imagery. HTA strives to select a process which will give you the best results for the lowest cost possible. The appropriate method is determined by many factors, including: mask resolution, die size and image placement accuracy. HTA offers standard and custom contact printing services for those customers who do not wish to use original masters in their process, but would like to have HTA maintain a master file and print copies per the customers needs. All of the standard glass sizes up to 69"​ are available for prints.
