HSF Health Plan is the trading company of The Hospital Saturday Fund, a registered charity that was founded in 1873. Our schemes are particularly popular with employers as they are free to implement, beneficial to their staff, assist with absence management and complement their corporate social responsibility initiatives. HSF Health Plan's range of benefits include; • Dental (including cosmetic dentistry) • Optical (including glasses, contact lenses and eye laser treatment) • Birth and Adoption Grants • Payments if off work from injury (up to 52 weeks after 30 days) • Practitioners (including chiropody & physiotherapy) • Specialist & Investigation (including Hepatitis and other vaccinations) • Hospital overnight and Day Case benefit The charity provides grants to medical charities for care, research, hospices and hospitals as well as individuals with a serious illness or a disability.
