As of March 15, 2024, H&S Group and Royal Den Hartogh Logistics have officially joined forces. H&S is now the fifth business unit within Den Hartogh, alongside Liquid, Gas, Global and Dry Bulk. This strategic acquisition marks a significant step forward in Den Hartogh’s ambition to further expand its service portfolio and strengthen its position as a global logistics service provider. With the integration of H&S, a leading European company in the transport of liquid food products, Den Hartogh adds extensive expertise and a strong network in food logistics to its existing capabilities in chemical and gas logistics. The acquisition includes all business units and joint ventures of the H&S Group, except the Cleaning & Filling division in Barneveld. The combined strengths of both organisations, with shared values, a strong family-owned heritage, and a commitment to safety, innovation, and sustainable growth, create a powerful synergy.
