HRTENDER® is developed to give full recruitment control to employers. A Tender must be submitted within the Tender-period of your choosing. This may be 1 - 4 weeks. Employers can assign Agencies whenever they wish, they are not obligated to wait until the Tender-period expires. You may be in a hurry to find your new employee or you may acknowledge that the expertise is quite scarce. The Golden Rule is: the higher your success fee, the more attention you draw on your job. In order to remain competitive we advise to choose a lump sum close to 15-20% of the annual gross salary. Is HRTENDER® suitable for multiple HR Managers of the same employer ? At present our system works with one user per registration. But if you prefer to register as an organization, then we can offer you the "Enterprise" version, which enables to award different "authorization levels" to your HR Managers, including a read-only portal for your internal clients, so that they remain informed about every step of the recruitment process.
