At HRSelect, we are professionals in human resources. We are not your typical HR consultant, we don't just create your plan, we get to work on your company sites and get things done. We believe the best way to have a successful human resources experience is to begin with a plan. That’s why the first thing we do for our clients is a comprehensive needs analysis, looking at HR’s two main functions, organizational development, and compliance management. The needs analysis helps us do two important things. First we take stock of where the company is today, focused on metrics. Second, we use this baseline to create a proactive strategy for their HR. After planning, we get to work. First, we ensure the company is using an HR Information System and that they’re getting the highest utility from it. Then, we teach supervisors how to use it. They can manage their team faster and better than the old HR department ever could. After training, we tackle the specific critical challenges of the business, like hiring better and retaining employees.
