Highways and Rail Inspection & Maintenance HRS provides national coverage for Highways Structural Inspection services. We provide the full range of inspections to BD 62/07 and Network Rail standard STE4 for bridges, gantries, masts and culverts, all in accordance with HE’s Inspection Manual for Highways Structures. Since the release of IAN 192/16 in May 2016, we are working towards registration of all our inspectors on the Bridge Inspector Certification Scheme.
