For over 13 years, our focus and passion has been in the field of human resources, people and culture. Our business areas consist of strategic HR management consulting and HR services. Under the HRfx brand, we bundle all HR services. In this segment, we support small and medium-sized enterprises and start-ups in their operational HR work. We act as an external HR department for our customers and use innovative and digital solutions to do so. As an HR outsourcing provider, holistic solutions are essential. With our service portfolio, we cover the entire employee life-cycle and offer you everything that constitutes good HR management. In addition, we take a close look at your corporate structure and culture to find suitable employees for you and provide them with the professional support they need. Generally, we also work together with highly qualified partners who support us in certain HR services. For example, we consult specialised lawyers for legally compliant contract preparation or occupational pension schemes.
