After many years of working in corporate environments, I realized my passion was to do what I love with a broader reach. That meant starting my own consulting business. So, I did. My first consulting firm was Coatney West, a firm that provides all aspects of Human Resources management services to all industries. After I obtained several clients in the academic community, it was then that I fell in love with working with independent schools. I saw the need. I saw the dedication of the administration, faculty and staff at the schools and decided that I wanted to specialize and focus on working with independent schools.
