About HR7 aps - Focus on the client and the profession HR7 was set up in 2007 as an alternative to more traditional consultancy firms. We are all business psychologists with long-standing experience from working with public and private enterprises, and professionally trained in organisational psychology. Through committed efforts, HR7 develops individuals, groups and organisations. Development is created through collaboration, and we always want our clients to feel a sense of ownership of the processes we help them to facilitate. Therefore, we develop our own processes in close collaboration with our clients and preferably also with their internal HR consultants. HR7 always endeavours to forge a strong alliance with the client’s HR employees, in this way procuring valuable contributions from them.
