HR2 Management Consultancy was started in 2017 by Helma Rutten. Helma has been working in HR since 2005 as an HR Generalist, for multiple organizations within both the UK and the Netherlands. She has a Dutch bachelor degree in Management, Economics and Law. After obtaining her bachelor degree, she decided to specialize in HR by studying for her MSc. in Human Resource Management at Cardiff University. HR2 Management Consultancy offers support to businesses on all HR related issues on a freelance basis.
