The HR Leaders Coach provides integrative leadership coaching and advises organizations in the design and development of high-impact people strategies and programs. Founder & Principal Consultant, Susan Nelson, has over 20 years of experience in Silicon Valley with global, technology organizations and leaders, guiding employers as they strive to build more inclusive and diverse workforces and an awesome employee experience that spans the entire employee lifecycle. As an integrative leadership coach, Susan helps HR Leaders to excel in the C-Suite and at home by showing them how to reclaim their power by elevating their role, the HR function in their organization, and making it ok to bring their whole self to work. As an advisor, she guides organizations and leaders in designing and developing high-impact people strategies and programs, particularly during times of rapid growth and change.
