Jane Iveson is the founder of Hr with confidence and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is a seasoned HR professional with over 30 years HR experience working as HR Director, Regional HR Manager and Head of HR roles. Jane has worked with a wide range of business sectors including the retail sector, logistics, manufacturing, and charitable organisations. Jane specialises in enabling individuals and teams to maximise their potential and their effectiveness, in order to deliver optimum business results. She works in the private, public and charity sectors. She possesses astute commercial acumen and extensive front-line, HR experience gained within fast paced unionised and non-unionised environments operating across retail, manufacturing and logistics. Her specialism stems from deep knowledge and extensive experience of employee relations and employment law backed up with a Masters qualification in employment law and underpinned with a strong set of values around people management.
