HQ Frameworks Information

Most democracy funding behaves like campaign funding; field offices and pop-up projects that vanish after November. HQ builds something different: permanent civic homes with studios in high-stakes communities. Movement living rooms where local organizations share space, shared lists, and story power. And where every town hall, training, and office hour becomes reusable infrastructure instead of starting over. Each HQ imprint is locally governed and multi-org: a standing hub, an embedded Switch Studio, and a shared CRM. Not a pilot. Not a lab. A home. HQ Princeton is operational in southern West Virginia, housing ACLU-WV, Indivisible, Black By God, Home Justice, DAV, and others. HQ Broward launched May 2026 in South Florida. Wave 1 expansion — Atlanta, Dallas/Fort Worth, Philadelphia, Milwaukee — begins in 2027.
