Howell & Livermore, LLC (formerly William E. Howell, LLC) is a provider of business valuation services throughout the New England area. The firm has 20 years of combined experience in business valuation, delivering consistent high‐quality services to our clients. We’ve completed over 650 valuations. Our professionals have extensive experience working with a wide range of companies from entrepreneurial small business owners to multinational corporations. We strive to provide a cost‐effective fee structure for our clients while delivering superior quality and maximum client satisfaction. We strive to deliver a high quality, comprehensive, reasonable, defendable end-product to our clients. Our valuations stand up to third party scrutiny. Our belief is that our clients are best served by a well-reasoned valuation analysis that is properly performed and considers all the pertinent facts and circumstances. We do not use canned valuation software or purchased models as we feel that businesses are like fingerprints, no two are alike. Instead, we use internally developed models that are readily modified for client circumstances as well as changes in the business valuation community, relevant case law and government statutes to ensure we deliver a valuation report by applying proper standards and procedures. Our clients have included executives, attorneys, trustees, private equity firms, public and private companies ranging from entrepreneurial small businesses to multinational corporations, as well as the general partners or managers of investment partnerships and corporations, including family offices.
