The first project to launch for HHG is the new Margaritaville Beach Resort, located on Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman. The property is owned, developed and operated by HHG under a long-term Trademark License Agreement with Margaritaville Enterprises. Margaritaville Beach Resort Grand Cayman opened its doors in early 2017.
