Howard Consultants S.P.C is a dynamic organisation formed in 2012 by Richard Howard MSc FRAeS aimed at supporting key stakeholders within the aviation industry through the provision of effective safety, quality and learning solutions. With a recognised heritage in airline and airport operations the Howard Consultants S.P.C team of subject matter experts share the goal of imparting their considerable technical knowledge, expertise, competencies and experiences to the benefit of organisations in need of support. Our philosophy is to provide hands on practical solutions with the principle of developing a client’s ability to support themselves being paramount. The Howard Consultants Team of advisors are currently IATA registered Instructors and/or IOSA/ISAGO Auditors having previously been engaged in aviation operational and training roles for more than three decades in Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa. Based in Bahrain, Howard Consultants S.P.C is strategically located to provide cost effective services to the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Americas and Europe.
