How I Got Here Information

We became friends during our first semester at MIT Sloan. After a semester of academic work, our minds turned to what we wanted to do for our careers. Where did we want to be in 5 or 10 years? We didn’t even know where to start. We talked to our peers and found out we weren’t alone in this challenge. In fact, less than half of Americans are very satisfied with their jobs. So we launched How I Got Here to get some answers. Each podcast episode features a single interview with a professional who has been on this journey before. We talk with them about the twists and turns of their career and how they figured out what to do next.
