Howard A. Lim, founder of HOW CREATIVE®, is an award-winning worldwide speaker and business-brand architect who has transformed companies across industries for nearly 40 years. He grew up in Santa Barbara and now resides in Florida with his wife, Stephanie. After earning his degree in Applied Art and Design at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and pursuing graduate studies in Advertising and Digital Media at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, he launched HOW CREATIVE in 1987. Howard pioneered the registered trademark We Design Businesses For Maximum Potential® and developed his proprietary SIM System™, which integrates business modeling, branding, marketing, and sales.
