Housing 1 Source assists military members and their families as they transition into a new home, community and duty assignment. We offer an extensive menu of services including in-house apartment locating, real estate and title services, utility hookups and deposit waiver assistance, banking, insurance, mortgage, investments, home security services, broadband and wireless Internet, television, furniture rentals and sales, auto dealers, employment assistance and educational opportunities. We provide all of these services and more, all under one roof and all at no cost to the military member or the DoD.
