We are primarily associated with premium developers such as Godrej Properties Ltd, Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, L&T Realty and Wadhwa Group. We help these developers in BTL marketing of their under-construction residential projects, in order to source leads that maximise the conversion ratio. These marketing activities include SEO/SEM, targeted social media campaigns, e-mail marketing, telecalling, SMS/WhatsApp marketing, corporate/society activations, print inserts, etc. Over the last three years of its existence, HouseThat has transformed into being the parent venture to a couple of innovative product-based startups in the real estate domain.
