HouseLet Property is a family-run lettings and property management company working across Kildare and the wider Dublin area. We manage a substantial portfolio of rental homes for landlords who want their property properly cared for — not just advertised and left to run itself. Our approach is built around reducing hassle and keeping tenancies stable. We combine clear processes with fair, balanced management so issues are handled early, communication stays open, and both landlords and tenants know where they stand. We handle compliance, rent collection, inspections and day-to-day tenant matters, allowing owners to step back while their property remains actively managed. Most clients come to us when managing a rental becomes time consuming or uncertain, or when regulations become difficult to keep up with. Our role is to simplify it and give practical advice based on experience, even when that advice isn’t always the easiest option. Because we work with properties for years rather than months, we also help clients plan the right time to improve, re-let or eventually sell. Long-term management rather than high-volume letting.
